LEAGUE SCHEDULE:
  • Practices begin the week of Monday, March 5, 2012.
  • First Game - Saturday, March 24, 2012
  • Awards Celebration - Saturday, May 19, 2012

REGISTRATION

Registration cost per child for soccer is $90.

Deadline for registration is February 11.

Soccer shorts are optional at a cost of $15.

2012 SOCCER SPECIAL for returning players from our Fall 2011 season. Receive a $35 discount if you agree to use your Fall 2011 uniform & player kit.

* Registration is open to boys/girls, 4 years old (by February 1, 2012) through 8th grade.

AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the parent or guardian of the named child, authorize the participation of my child in the Upward Unlimited athletic program (the “Program”) of the Central Baptist Church.

    Everyone must attend one evaluation.

    They will take place at the Central Baptist Church as follows:

    Saturday, February 4, 2012
    between 2:00 pm
    and 4:00 pm

    Saturday, February 11, 2012
    between 2:00 pm
    and 4:00 pm
